Ingredients:


1 cup fresh white cabbage

1 handful fresh baby kale

1 handful fresh parsley

Juice of 1 lemon, squeezed into the blender

1 medium Roma or Heirloom tomato

1/2 cup water

1/2 habanero pepper, seeds removed

1/2 Italian cucumber

5–6 ice cubes

Optional Boosters:


1–2 tablespoons sunflower seeds

A dash of cayenne pepper

Directions:


Add all the ingredients to your blender, except the ice cubes.
